VIA ACADEMICA is the leading consulting company for higher education abroad in the Western Balkans region. We are experienced in organizing numerous educational events in the region in order to promote study abroad possibilities and our partner institutions. Our services include finding and booking the most suitable venue for the presentation or a fair, promotion in the local language, engagement of the local stakeholders, moderating the event, and follow-up in the local language. Our regional study abroad fairs, STUDY EXPO and STUDY IN ITALY have become recognized brands where thousands of students and parents gather in search of the best study abroad option. Your university can benefit from amazingly organized events and collect hot leads, which are transformed into applicants with the most detailed follow-up system. After screening all the registrations we receive during the lead generation campaign, we are offering the best match study programs via direct phone contact to interested candidates. The next step is booking one-on-one meetings during the fair days where our partner universities get extra value by meeting the most prospective students who are already familiar with their study offers. We have eveloped our own virtual platform and offered our partner universities and visitors a unique experience that simulates a physical fair in an online environment.

Live presentations and webinars

We are able to organize promotions/lectures for your university in the whole region of the Western Balkans. The content and services are provided in all the Balkan languages, besides English, so that we can cater to the needs of the clients from Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, and Albania. The approach is individual to your university, and the promotions are in the form of a meet-up.

Masterclasses

University representatives or professors are able to explain different aspects of a specific study system at their university, present the most interesting study programs in an attractive way, and present some key studies, career options, and lab work (if applicable). They ask the right questions and provide students with all the answers during the interactive sessions. In the form of a webinar or a session in person, students learn about not only the university or the study offer but also about all the possibilities to develop a certain skill set important for their future career development.

University visits and open days

By organizing study visits, our students and their parents were offered the opportunity to really experience the campus, and student life, participate in different workshops and listen to the lectures, talk to university representatives and current students and feel the vibe of the university and the city in which it is located. We plan to keep this good practice in the future because more than 80% of the students who visited the campus of the desired university enrolled in that same university afterward.
